UK TV Crew Follows First Everest Skydivers
History
is about to be made. A group of men and women from around the globe
have gathered in Nepal this week to become the first in the world to
Skydive
Mt Everest and Channel 5 TV in the UK is there to cover the
story. Visit fivetvonline.tv
to read the latest blog entries from reporters and view the latest video
posts. There's also a great slide show of trip photos.
This is the first ever Everest
Skydive Adventure but it won't be the last. Incredible Adventures
is now taking reservations for a return to Everest in May of 2009, and
again in October. For more information, visit
our website or give us a call at 800-644-7382. No prior skydiving
experience is necessary.
Bye Bye Burbank, Hello Van Nuys
It
was an offer too good to turn down...a bigger and better hangar in a
facility closer to our designated flight zone. So, from October 1st
onward, our Hollywood
Top Gun L-39 flights in California will takeoff from Van
Nuys Airport. The private facility is close to both Bob Hope International
Airport in Burbank and LAX in Los Angeles.
We've Adopted a High School
Student
There's a new guy in the IA office. Robert, a senior at
Sarasota's Riverview High School, is completing an executive internship
with Incredible Adventures. Our mission is to teach him everything we
know about running a business. Don't laugh. We do know a thing or two.
Next month, we'll celebrate our 15th year in business!
We're Having a MiG Sale
Even
we can't believe it. We've never been able to drop the price of an adventure
before. Our costs have always gone up and have never come down. But,
a miracle has happened. Thanks to stabilizing fuel prices and a dollar
that's slowly getting stronger, we're able to cut the price on our MiG-29
programs, at least through the end of this year. Fly between now and
December 31st and we'll take $1000 off the published price of any of
our MiG adventures. Fly soon, save $1000. It's
an offer you shouldn't refuse.
Visit our website to see
the latest photos from Russia. For more information about scheduling
your own MiG adventure, email
Greg.

Sheri Met a Shark
|
Sheri
Lewis knows everything there is to know about cage diving with
great white sharks. She's been selling shark
adventures for over six years. But up until recently, Sheri
had never actually met a great white shark "in person".
When you're busy selling shark dives, it's tough to get out of
the office and onto a shark boat. A missed call could be a missed
sale. Sheri was finally able to get away earlier this month, and
she joined the crew of the Nautilus Explorer for a five
day journey to Isla Guadalupe,
Mexico.
Isla Guadalupe is considered one of the best places on the planet
to see great white sharks in the wild. Read
Sheri's story and view her photos and video and you'll know why.

Greg Flew Fighter Combat
|
Director of Sales Greg Claxton flew to Tucson, Arizona
this month to help oversee a custom Covert
Ops group adventure. Since he was "in the neighborhood", he
decided to stop off in nearby Mesa and take a spin in an Extra
300 with Fighter Combat International
President BJ Ransbury. Greg managed to perform a variety of air
combat maneuvers without losing his lunch! To schedule your own
air combat mission,
call 800-644-7382.

Jane Scrubbed a Boat
|
Sheri went shark diving. Greg went flying. What did IA President
Jane Reifert do for an adventure in September? She braved San
Francisco Bay Area traffic. She spent four days in California
helping get IA's two shark boats ready for shark season. She scrubbed
showers and made bunks. She shopped until she dropped, buying
exciting stuff like boat bumpers and ear plugs and recycling cans.
IA is fortunate to have two incredible
California shark boats this year. Our two-day boat, the White
Holly, is a 133 ft high endurance research and expedition vessel
with a rich history of military service. The New Eldorado III
is a gorgeous fastcat that provides a smooth and speedy ride to
the Farallons for our one-day divers.
A few cage diving spots are still available on both boats. One
day trips are $875 and two
day expeditions are $1175. For details, contact us.
