August 16, 2017 - Adventurers to Make Extreme Military-Style High-Altitude Skydives Near Nashville During Upcoming Solar Eclipse
In order to have a birds-eye view of the eclipse, an international group of adventurers will make a series of precision military-style high-altitude skydives near Nashville. They'll jump from airliner altitude and open chutes high, allowing them to remain airborne for up to 20 minutes. View the full press release
September 29th, 2016 - Quadriplegic Man Sets High Altitude Skydive Record, Jumping Twice from the Edge of the Stratosphere. On September 27th, 28-year-old Australian Dane Kinder became the first quadriplegic to complete two high-altitude “oxygen jumps” in less than 24 hours. He made his world-record-setting skydives just outside of Memphis, TN, exiting from a modified Super King Air flying at roughly 30,000 feet and freefalling toward earth at speeds in excess of 220 mph. At that altitude, which is typically flown only by commercial airliners, supplemental oxygen is essential. For both jumps, the external air temperature at exit was approximately 40 below zero. February 27, 2010 - Space Flight Training Takes Off at Kennedy
Space Center: Florida Couple Are First to Fly Supersonic Fighter
Jet. Two Florida companies are teaming up to offer space flight
training in the same supersonic fighter jet once used to train
astronauts. Incredible Adventures markets a multi-day training
program for Starfighters Aerospace. Their first clients, a husband
and wife, just completed training in the Lockheed F-104 Starfighter.

February 12, 2010 - Civilians Train for Space in Plane Used
to Train Generations of Astronauts. Two Florida residents
have become the first to complete civilian space flight training
in the Lockheed F-104 Starfighter, the same supersonic jet used
to prepare generations of astronauts for space travel. Terence
Witt and his wife Virginia Dickens of Indialantic spent five days
training with Starfighters Aerospace at Florida's John F Kennedy

flight training featuring the Lockheed F-104 Starfighter, the
